Training with me

Over the last six months or so I've had many enquiries about taking someone out with me for training purposes. Unfortunately this is something I don't do mainly because I've had over thirty years training fireman and I just want to trundle round in my little van now without the hassle or worry about a trainee.
Basically I think I've just become a grumpy old man. I am, however, more than happy to discuss any problems with any sweep on the phone or by email.

I was wondering if you could recommend a training course as I would like to start a business as a chimney sweep in the oxfordshire area. I have looked at the guild of chimney sweeps course. Also what basic equipment I would need to purchace before stating the course. Thank you kind regards adrian jones
