Stop Press: There is now an English company acting as agents for an American company (A.W.Perkins Co.) selling rotary button-lock cleaning equipment.  The website is www.rodtech.co.uk and the company's name is Rodtech.  They are selling a selection of button-lock equipment and other chimney-related equipment.  Although the equipment seems expensive (don't forget to add VAT and shipping to the price shown), it seems to be a bit cheaper than paying the import charges and the unpredictable "administration" charges that often incurred. 

I did order some equipment and I must admit that using Paypal on the website, the equipment arrived within 2 days. 

This company is owned by Bob Russell who used to be Chairman of the Guild of Master Sweeps.
